Rules & Policies

Our Reservation Policy

  • Deposits are required for ALL reservations per cottage (40% of total before taxes)
  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Minimum 2 night rentals for off-season
  • Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) rentals during the high season.
  • There is a fee of $25.00/person/night for extra guests over the base number.
  • 3 bedroom cottages are based on a 6 person occupancy. MAX is 8 guests with ADDITIONAL FEE of $25.00 per person per night.
  • 2 bedroom cottages are based on a 4 person occupancy. MAX is 6 guests with ADDITIONAL FEE of $25.00 per person per night.
  • A “person/guest” is older than 2 years of age.
  • A day visitor fee of $15.00 will be charged to all guests over 2 years.
  • Deposits can be made with Visa, MasterCard, cheques or e-transfer.
  • NO REFUNDS for early departures.
  • NO REFUNDS for late arrivals.

Checking In

  • Check in is 3:00 pm.
  • The balance is due upon arrival.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit or cash as methods of payment for the balance.
  • Credit card info IS REQUIRED in case extra fees occur (ie. damage, late check outs…).
  • Registration form must be completed upon arrival to Doeview Cottages.

Checking Out

  • Check out is 10:00 am sharp.
  • $100.00 will be charged for late check outs.
  • $100.00 will be charged for an extra cleaning fee if the cottage is left in a disorderly state.
  • Please return the key to the office upon leaving.

General Rules

  • Doeview Cottages is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen items.
  • Doeview Cottages is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages.
  • Doeview Cottages is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents or injuries.
  • NO SMOKING inside of the cottages (a charge of $200.00 will be applied if evidence of smoke is present).
  • Doeview Cottages is a pet-free resort.
  • Please respect our landscape and the environment during your stay (eg. please do not break branches, please do not litter…)
