Reservation Policy & Rules

  • Deposits are required for all reservations per cottage.
    – $250 for long weekends (May, July, August and September)
    – $350 for weekly stays
    – 40% of the rate before taxes for reservations between 2-6 days
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Deposits can be paid by Visa, MasterCard or by cheque
  • The balance is payable upon arrival by cash, VISA or MasterCard
  • During July and August all cottages are rented on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Last minute stays (minimum 2 nights) can be accommodated only upon availability.
  • Minimum stay at any other time is 2 nights
  • Check In: Anytime after 3:00pm
  • Check Out: 10:00 am sharp (charge of $100.00 for any late check outs)
  • Late check outs during the off season is by 3:00 pm with a $50.00 per cottage fee
    **can only be honoured upon availability–please inquire closer to date of check in
  • No refunds for late arrivals or early departures
  • Additional guests in a cottage will be charged $20.00 per person per night (details on    cottage capacity can be found on the rates page)
  • No smoking inside of the cottages
  • We are a pet-free resort
  • $100.00 charge for cottages left in a disorderly state and/or if smell of smoke is present 

    Doeview Cottages is not responsible for any loss or damage of guest’s personal property. We expect our guests to show respect and care for our facility as well as nature.
