Cottage #1
is a three bedroom cottage that sleeps six guests.
Cottages #2 and #3
are two bedroom cottages and are based on a four-person occupancy. The maximum number of guests in these cottages is six. There is an extra fee for the additional guests – $25.00 per person per night.
Cottages #4 through #10
are three bedroom cottages based on a six-person occupancy. The maximum number of guests in these cottages is eight. There is an extra fee for the additional guests – $25.00 per person per night.
Day guests are $15.00/person
Overnight guests are $25.00/person
Rules & Policies
- Deposits are required for ALL reservations per cottage
- All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Minimum 2 night rentals for off-season
- Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) rentals during the high season.
- There is a fee of $25.00/person/night for extra guests over the base number.
- 3 bedroom cottages are based on a 6-person occupancy. MAX is 8 guests with ADDITIONAL FEE of $25.00 per person per night.
- 2 bedroom cottages are based on a 4-person occupancy. MAX is 6 guests with ADDITIONAL FEE of $25.00 per person per night.
- A “person/guest” is older than 2 years of age.
- A day visitor fee of $15.00 will be charged to all guests over 2 years.
- Deposits can be made with Visa, MasterCard or by e‑transfer.
- NO REFUNDS for early departures.
- NO REFUNDS for late arrivals.
- Check in is anytime after 3:00 pm
- The balance is due a day prior to arrival
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit, e-transfer as methods of payment for the balance.
- Credit card info IS REQUIRED in case of incidentals.
- Registration form must be completed prior to arrival
- Check out is 10:00 am sharp.
- $100.00 will be charged for late checkouts.
- $200.00 will be charged for an extra cleaning fee if the cottage is left in a disorderly state.
- Please kindly leave the cottage in a similar condition as when you checked in.
- Doeview Cottages is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen items.
- Doeview Cottages is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages.
- Doeview Cottages is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents or injuries.
- NO SMOKING inside of the cottages (a charge of $300.00 will be applied if evidence of smoke is present).
- Please respect our landscape and the environment during your stay (ie. please do not break branches, please do not litter, please do not pick flowers…)
- There's no life guard on duty. Please be safe and swim at your own risk.
- We are a family resort. Quiet time is 10:00 pm. Please respect your neighbours and our neighbours around the lake. Remember that noise carries easier and farther on the lake.
- Garbage and recycling will be picked up every night at around 7:30 pm. Please ensure garbage is put in plastic bags before putting it in the garbage container.
- Outside firewood is NOT permitted. Please purchase firewood on our premises.
- Office hours are from 10:00 am - 7:30 pm every day.
